We look forward to hear from you.   Please keep in mind that we love to work with our teachers and we believe they will love working with us and our clients.  We do everything we can to make you successful and happy during your stay here.  We must remember that ABC works with professional clients and many of the biggest companies in the world.  Therefore we also maintain an attitute of treating each teacher as a business person and professional.  We are not like a school that you might have been associated with in the past that teaches children and school boys and girls and also provides you with everything you need.   For that reason you are treated like a professional independent contractor and are free to have outside of your working hours with us private lessons, or work with other clients and conduct yourself in an independent way.

New teachers are expected to pay their own up-front expenses for coming to work in Russia.  As the Academy hires 85% of it’s teaching staff locally, it does not pay up-front expenses for new teachers coming to Russia.

The Academy of International Business Collaboration offers a working opportunity for English as a Foreign Language Teaching, to EFL professionals with business image and style. Our clients are many of the largest international firms doing business in Russia today, so image is essential.  ABC maintains a Business dress code for working.  As important as it is to have EFL training it is even more important that you have the 'ability' to teach (sometimes called a 'gift' for teaching).  Many companies are looking for this quality above and beyond a person having a EFL certificate.

We have English teaching positions in Moscow and St. Petersburg. We pay monthly compensation that can net $1500 or more (pay depends on performance, i.e. how popular and how many hours a week is taught). St. Petersburg pays teachers about a third less as companies there pay us less. Special projects pay even more. We also advise teachers on additional ways to boost income (private lessons, intensives, etc).

1. Visa support - We will invite you and be your sponsor.  We will process your visa for you and then have it sent you your embassy or consulate as well as take your visa and passport after arrival to register it at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
