Below you will see the cost of three options that are available. The terms of agreement will apply to all contracts. The full amount of the contract will become due when the contract has been accepted and signed by both parties. Each contract carries a full term of one year or whenever the hours have expired which ever comes first. (Call for extensions)

Computer Source Inc. offers a wide variety of services covering three main areas:
Basic Technical Assistance Program:
This program is for customers who require assistance with applications or installation of non-networked software or hardware, where opening of the computer box is not required. This also may include phone support to the customer for the purposes of service claim administration, hardware diagnosis, and on-site service dispatch. This service is for customers who are unsure as to the nature and scope of their service needs.
On-Site service will be provided to the customers on a per request basis. This service will send out a qualified technician or engineer to your location to begin service.
Computer Hardware Maintenance:
Computer Source offers a maintenance agreement that allows our customers to purchase a quantity of service hours at a substantial discount. This many include a complete tune-up, vacuuming dust and debris from the machine, at least once during the contract period. Hours can be rolled over from month to month within the contract period. However there is no credit for hours remaining at the end of the contract period. These contracts can start with as little as 8 hours a month.
Response time Under Maintenance Contract:
A Computer Source Field technician will be on the customerís site within 8 working hours after initial call for service.
